The ports tutorial was the last thing I needed for Comp, I rushed through it uncaringly as I just wanted my cape lol

Once you're done that, you can line them up on your ship to send it out :)

Apart from the strange quoting, yup!

Now you can go back to the previous screen and set them up on your ship

From your screenie, you have a Seafaring voyage, so you'll want to put a captain with high seafaring and crew with high seafaring on it (if available)

I see you got two Seafarers (blue), but not sure how much the early voyages require in terms of stats lol

Edit: At reset tonight (6 hours 35 mins) you'll have a new roster to pick from for adding even more crewmembers, so you can stock up on more of each trait!
