I recommend you only nap for 90 minutes AT MAX per day. More than that and it can be bad, meaning you may wake up with headaches, tiredness, etc.
In fact, I'd read somewhere that a 90 minute nap a day is good for your health.
you should nap anywhere between 30-90 mins any more than that and your body enters rem sleep cycle which is when you do your dreaming, if you wake up during a dream you are usually very tired
I remember a few years back I'd avoid sleeping at times other than night because I felt sick after getting up. But the past year or two I've been living mostly on powernaps so I don't really have that issue anymore.
