My forum pages aren't even finishing to load. I also don't actually fully log out.. It shows connection lost, reconnects after 20-30 seconds, shows me 2k~ fm xp drop, disconnects again.

The lovely snow that Indy added was causing my CPU to go quite a bit higher than usual, might be worth checking with snow turned off.

+ Just did cmd ping test.. Had 75% packet loss. :|
