Wouldn't kick prevent the damage increase from slaughter by causing them not to move? Also what about walking on them?

Kick knocks them back which causes slaughter to hit higher as they've moved.

Kick only works on small targets though otherwise you get the "too large to knockback!" message.

Ohh. I just assumed kick was the same as backhand. I'll have to try that in the future then!

Since destroy has a shorter cooldown than slaughter would it still be better to backhand+destroy instead of kick+slaughter, where you would move them for slaughter by running away from/on them? (last question I promise)
