Backhand/Kick + Destroy every other kill works wonders, assuming drygores. If they are stunned, they very rarely teleport.

Been trying destroy, but they still tele whilst stunned. Oh well, I guess I'll keep going because they are good xp :D

I usually let one auto-attack hit if I want to use a threshold else I find the ability to get cancelled out when they tele, if I immediately use a threshold at the start of the kill.

Sometimes they'll tele during destroy but not always.
