There are not many quest reqs that cost much from what I remember. 61 Crafting for Lunars, 65 Smithing for Devious Minds, and 70 Cooking for RFD (didn't lose money but needed capital to bulk buy fish) are the only ones that come to mind. Nothing a few hours of runecrafting can't solve though.

Oh, I suppose 43 Prayer is somewhat expensive but also essential.

I used to make bank off doing puro-puro and selling off imp jars but doubt there's a market for that these days .
