Thing is im not sure how it got there. all of them was on shared for some reason. when im pretty sure i never set them to that.

They were changed to that by default with an update.. don't remember if it was the dwarf quest or the one before that.

Completing/attempting the Moia Saga changed all combat styles to shared, so that is probably the cause.

I stand about 3 spots west of that

Using void/ovl/momentum I've been getting like 350-360k/hr + HP.

E: Also just been using blood burst because death runes have been like 100 each until prestige was announced.

Does the giant ent familiar effect of 50% bonus produce stack with double cactus spines from desert tasks?

It stacks additionally, rather than multiply. You can get upto 3 spines each time, so a total of 9. 1 from picking, 1 from desert tasks, and then the 1 from the ent.
