Replacements are always bad, it's no longer the same character no matter how good or bad the new actor is in their role.
They might as well kill the previous character and create a new one that takes the previous one's place or something idk
Doctor Who constantly has replacements due to the power of regeneration and does a pretty good job. Every so often, a new actor will take the role of the doctor and be different in his own special way.
They're not always bad.
Genius business plan to be honest, massively extended the lifespan of the show :p
Agreed. The show would not have lasted this long if they didn't have regenerations, it just would die out and get boring over time, especially 50 years of it.
.
Just realised it's not too far away until I finally get to see the 50th anniversary of the show. 90mins of pure awesomeness with some familiar faces coming back, will be interesting to see how they bring some of them back.
