Im still confused. You can do the wilderness task set if you're lucky to not run into another player. In no way was the Jmod suggesting that it would be possible to be around other players and be totally safe from being attacked? How exactly are they dumbing down this content because of whiners? Because they're not adding bells and whistles to tell you when and where somebody enters the wilderness at, to ensure they'll always have another player attacking them?
