Shatter is a godsend for high enrage Telos

Under meta + red beam it hits like 26k damage, it helps a lot

Do the shard stacks stay after each phase?

Never really had any use for it.. Didn't feel like I needed help with 'skipping' the black acid on ara or anything like that
