Katie Hopkins writes what she does because it's bold (stupid/ignorant/bigoted, etc), and that grabs attention. I don't even know if she believe half the stuff she writes.

But as long as it gains her publicity and keeps her in a job, she'll keep doing it.

I don't understand this criticism :( . I don't think anyone wanted to play a game from 2007 for its clunky UI. Lots of things have changed to help with quality of life type things and helped improve the overall look of the game. Of course some of these features are overlays from the OSbuddy client, but thats not exactly something Jagex can totally control.
