Works with everything apparently, so Reprisal + Shadow/Smoke Tendrils go

A potential problem is that in the one place where it would have been really great (Hard Mode Vorago), Reprisal may not even trigger. I don't know if it's like a normal attack or a buff to the player, but if it's the former then it would be useless since you can't attack on teamsplits/etc. If not then it would be dank as hell
