Have nox weapons gone back up now people realise that these weapons are going to be very rare/expensive for a long time? (as if that wasn't obvious, but people panic sold nonetheless).

Yes + no one has access to the t92 weapons yet. Once everything is figured out, Nox weapons may take a hit except for Scythe (that should be safe). .
