Yeah. That paragraph that Lust posted, by Mod Ollie, wasn't very well worded, and has actually confused me more.

I haven't killed it yet, but how does it work? You build enrage per kill, but let's say you loot on 60% enrage, does your next kill reset at 0 enrage, or do you go again at 60% enrage?

You'd be able to start at 60% again, rather than 0%

E: You can choose what the rage is between 0 and X, after you've managed X% successfully
