So close to ragedeleting STEAM. It keeps redownloading stuff endlessly and it has raped my 100gb quota. Wasted atleast 25gb in repeat downloads and at a pathetic peak 220kb, usually 60-90kb...

Fuck knows whats going on... Was playing Ark Survival the other day after a few months break from playing and now its doing this.
Accidently surged up a dinosaurs ass, became stuck then activated double surge and burst out its chest alien-style!
Got his dragon mattocks then crashed the clan citadel into Anachronia wiping out the dinosaurs.

I have it limited to the 512kb not that I can get that on my net. Its the redownloading thats screwing everything up. I cant figure out why its doing it.
