Current setup is best for what I do. Out of the four gizmos on my armor, three of them are pretty essential (Crackling 3, Impatient 3 + Devoted 2/3, and Biting 2/3). The fourth depends on what you do often, so if you do Araxxor a lot, put Clear Headed 2/3 + Reflexes. If you do Hard Mode Vorago a lot, Turtling 3 is great. If you just do whatever, Absorbative 3 or Lucky 5 is decent.
