People are really salty about the Heal Other nerf, but honestly I'm more concerned for the dreadnip nerf.

Camel staff is worth more than Nox staff! A combination of the monsters being dead content and it being extremely rare is the problem.

Jagex moderators are possessed by the nerfhammer. That's sometimes why silly posts get created. It is not them speaking, but the hammer.

Explains their tendency to always find something to nerf as well. .

Personally find the heal spell change unnecessary as their prior to the change it gave them a niche use, and now the lunar spell book is far less useful besides disruption shield or using vengeance to speed up kills or for legacy pvp.
Doesn't affect me much though as I rarely do any content where healing was useful.
