Okay just tried and as far as I can tell it only changes the speed the screen rotates when you push the mouse wheel in, and the keyboard sensitivity for if you use the arow keys to turn the screen

So slow :c

I can't wait to try it at Araxxor and get cleaved because I misclick@

Also I haven't noticed any double-clicks since lifting up the left mouse button a little and blowing into it (fix confirmed working on YT). So simple, yet seems to have fixed the issue. .
