Ignore my loot from K'ril, I'm just too lazy to bank/remove it when I change bosses
Vampyrism scrimshaw (if not obvious)
Berserker, Supreme brawler, and penance auras
Blood Nihil for while you're using penance
Amulet of Souls for while you're using berserker aura, otherwise just camp demonhorn
Switch to demonhorn for death animations if you feel like tryharding :P
Rely as much as possible on the potions she drops for prayer while you're using berserker

Can also just bring more prayer than I bring using the spaces you won't have K'ril drops in.
