I guess, if you really want an item regardless of future price rise or drops, you'll still keep it

If you're afraid of price drops or you'll be left with little to no cash after buying, I'd just wait
At least thats how I approach buying more expensive items

At least thats how I approach buying more expensive items I doubt I'd keep it forever, I'd sell it back when I can afford a partyhat, which is just why I don't want to risk it dropping further. I just wanted something fancy to wear until that.
