Because you likely have DPI scaling set to 125%...

So it stretches 1536 pixels out to fit onto your 1920 panel resulting in less pixels per inch and a 'bigger' image.

And "Work Resolution" is your resolution minus the task bar I believe Unslain Bosses - Clan
