Haven't tried it myself yet though
I do like to actually play as well with the characters I create, but this seems really cool as well. :3

GTA:V was released on Steam, but primarily on Rockstar Social Club - All the games bought in stores, from foreign countries, given in deals, etc, are all Social Club keys - The only way to get it on Steam was to legitimately purchase it on Steam, hence its high price.

If you want it for cheap, just buy a Social Club key.
