Btw, err, 800 insp for 99? o_o

Pretty much just been 800 insp every level since 91, which i got 10k+ or something.

I dun have enough to research poooop. D:

Serious lol, I got loads to discover but only getting crappy amts of insp. ;-;

Made sure since level 1 to discover everything as 'perfect' too for insp optimisation. Guess it's normal to be in this boat?
