Supreme/Holy Overloads (2 per hour/aura)
(Elite) Enhanced Excalibur
Ice Nihil (If you're using any magic weapon below T80)
Blood Runes
Earth Runes
*Fire Runes (only if you feel like you're going to need them to regain HP)
*6th Age Circuit (World Gate teleport)
*Vampyrism Aura (?) (I haven't tried vampyrism yet because every time I've gone, Penance has been off of cooldown)
*Magic Notepaper (for collecting drops)
*Spring Cleaner (for automatic disassembling of rune drops)
*A second magic weapon if you’re staying longer

Equipped:
Polyprod/SoL/Crystal Staff/Chaotic Staff/Seasinger (probably not, since breaking down is faster, unless you have spare Chi in your port)
Magic Helmet (Subjugation, Seasinger, Ganodermic or anything, really)
Whichever set of top and bottoms you're using (augmented, of course!)
Penance Aura
*Magic gloves (any)
*Magic boots (any)
*Blood Necklace or Amulet of Souls
*Surgeons Ring or Ring of Death (in case you get unlucky and disconnect or AFK for too long)
*Tirannwyn Quiver 4 for extra prayer bonus
*Any cape, really
*Holy Wrench (mostly for shiggles because I don't know if it actually changes much)

*Anything marked with an asterisk is optional
