As I keep saying, they *may* be good slayer/hour, but Slayer and Combat are so intertwined that to introduce one side of the equation while ignoring the other would be folly.
As I said; a lot of people train their slayer for slayer xp, as Abyss is a very enticing option for combat xp if they fall short, this is also not something you should ignore. Plenty of the people I know did that, but again, not exactly representative.

I was using the uncommon 2nd person plural of you, didn't mean you specifically.
What does one's combat xp have to do with it in general? What if someone cares more about Slayer xp than their combat xp, regardless of whether it's 13m, 104m or 200m?

Now, how does that tie back to Mammoths? Well, as I keep saying: if other (lower level) tasks give you a run for your money in EXP and blow you out of the water in GP, then it's not really *that* good when you *really* begin to look at it and you're better off doing other things.
You have still yet to give me an example of a task being both better xp, and better gp than Mammoths, as well as them taking the same time as a Mithril Dragon task (which a lot of people do for free points)...?

I saw someone with a keepsaked 3a bow over a shadow dyed bow but I can't remember their name
I know who that is, I don't remember the rsn though, they have a shady past as well as being an active wand scammer at vorago. They have dyed everything keepsaked over dyed everything.

Typical, everyone's a wand scammer nowadays. That's why I don't do vorago
