2-3 siphons is like an average blood for me, so, not doing anything wrong there.
For Ice:
- Kill Curor
- Use Devotion (no adrenaline wasted)
- Wait until I'm sacrificed
- Auto attack + Snapshot Nex - hopefully the auto attack trips her ice phase and then the snapshot will hit twice, or failing that, one of the snapshot hits should trip ice phase, with the other either missing or hitting as normal.
- use Corruption shot and see if she is going to run towards me with a contain, but she normally doesn't
- Use Rapid fire, snipe, anticipate and then try and sneak a tight bindings in before the prison hits
- Use Corruption shot, snapshot, rapid fire again, basics and whatnot until 40k, run towards Glacies and stand in those two red squares I showed you
- Corruption shot/rapid fire or whatever I have free to kill Glacies (note: You can kill Glacies whilst prisoned as long as he was your target before you got prisoned), be sure to anticipate at some point after a contain too
Once you get used to that you can start messing around with forcing Nex to jump to the middle. Unslain Bosses - Clan

Yeeeup, I found using barricade was causing me to spend 40s~ longer per kill, so I stopped it.
If you bonfire up it's easy enough to tank, as you'll be 11,720 hp - however I have been killed, once, purely because I got smacked for 7.8k + 3.8k or something.
Wearing Sirenic on ice phase (which I forgot to mention) will hopefully help you.
I switch to Sirenic when in the first prison
