It upsets me that "friends" who were typical "newbs" in 2012 are now using those repulsive insults. How do people rationalize to themselves that it is okay?

Sickens me to the core. Online game superiority really seems to fix their inferiority complex.

There is no cure

Once you give yourself to the banter god, that is it. You're done. You'll forever be unleashing banters wherever you walk. It's a god you simply do not want to worship - it's irreversible, which is why you cannot reason, or attempt to fix them. Doing so just releases even more banters towards you.

You pretty much have to encourage people to not head down that path! .
