Do you know what percentage of successful voyage trip will guarantee that no one dies, or does anyone have a chance of dying if failure even at 99%? I hope that made sense.

Like sometimes I fail but don't lose a crew member, other times I do fail and do lose one. So simply failing is not enough, and I assume it's based on a statistical probability. But does this probability only exist for certain low percentages, like say under 50%? ~ I do not have a signature.

I've only ever lost one crew member back when we first visited the second region (so day ~2-5 of ports in 2012) and it was a mission in the high 60s. Which I believe I didn't intend to send, it was a misclick. Back then high %s were viable. Hi
