Get a regular sleep schedule, always go to bed same time etc etc you know the stuff
Not gonna lecture you on sleep because I don't practice what I preach anyways
Here's what I do:
I basically use DSIP (Delta-sleep inducing peptide ) every other day http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26470489, mild sleep promoting effects, not huge but certainly does work, along with some melatonin an hour before I go sleep
And when my sleep is really messed up and I need to get it back on track can always go nuclear:

These will drop you in no time but quick tolerance building and very addictive if used for a week or 2-3, last resort for me when I've had trouble sleeping at all for quite a few days, it's a short term fix but I find it can fix my sleep for a longer period of time after cessation of use if I stick to a regular sleep schedule on top of it
