Uh how many Shines are there to collect in Mario Sunshine? Also what Blooper is the best for the racing the green the yellow or the purple?

96 without blue coins, 120 in total. Also I think the purple is the fastest but hardest to turn, the other two are slower/slowest but easier to turn or something. If you are not speedrunning avoid purple. I haven't played that game in so long lol. Hi
