You don't gain fat on a caloric deficit, so you could be sitting on your computer all day it doesn't matter, if you're serious about gaining some muscle you need to start tracking some calories, can always hit me up if you need some pointers on how to approach it babe, would love to help you out

Took me over a year to change my attitude lmao, drop all the fat and start lifting in that year, it's really hard but not impossible, I believe in you, you can do it too
