Ours didn't have a functioning TV, basically 2 beds (1 being spare since my friend had to leave), a desk, a small bathroom, and a kettle, but the tea didn't taste great and I don't drink coffee ;-;

E: Also its a more of a irl money issue, that I'd rather pay in bonds :P
