As long as it's worth the time and effort put into doing the Barrows update, it could be a success.

But knowing Jagex it'll be either

too easy
rewards are mediocre
drop rate is too rare to even make people think of coming here.

Yeah, it's like a bonus hard version of Barrows, the difficulty will be approximate to Vorago's, but will require smaller teams (~3 people).
