I used to listen to rap a lot.

Now I listen to The Dialectic, Whitechapel, Thy Art, Oceano, Infant Annihilator, Amon Amarth, Kataklysm, Chelsea Grin, Ensiferum, I Declare War, Make Them Suffer, etc.

I see Sonic Syndicate. Better when Richard/Roland were the vocalists or Nate/whoever else?

I liked "Make Them Suffer" - don't usually listen to that type of music but sometimes I hear stuff (from that genre) that sounds good. .
