Don't think so.

You can make a database easily with the json queries available and then

SQL along

Select Player_Name
From Overall_HighScores
Where Player_Total >= 2000000000
AND 200m_count = 0;

IndecentCode has a database that's self updating every time a player searches a name. I wonder if there's a SQL interface.
