I found out that I'm off for the next 2 weeks from work. Sweet gig.

Never mind about this. Typing this from work: I successfully argued my case to continue working
Being forced to stop working for 2 weeks between summer and fall terms because the summer interns have their last day today (last day of summer term) while I go on until at least December didn't make sense.

We still have summer interns here for another 2 weeks, gonna be strangely quiet when they all leave oh well. Less problems for me to fix
