I don't think that works, the clean install assumes you have purchased a key. The only other way to go about this is to use the 'offer' they have and upgrade to 10 through 7/8/8.1 which gives you a key but that's exactly what I want to avoid lol.

So basically clean installs are a thing for those who use 10 but somehow have to reinstall them but the way keys work is not any different. Hi
