Does anyone here not eat meat?

I've wanted to do this for a while but it has been hard seeing as my family eats meat most nights. They're going away for the week and I can eat whatever I wish for the week so it's probably the perfect time to a) see if I like enough meals to do it and b) if i miss meat

So yeah, apart from vegetarian meats, what are some nice meals? I can cook fairly well and this will probably give me some more practice in that area.
