Works for one item only. Every kill. It's been around forever, but only just vidded it on an alt so Jagex can understand it. i wish they responded to my bug reports. :( I try to help the game before it's abused.

Also, I wish Jagex responded to my Bug reports. Just have a J-mod smiley sent to me. Or even a check next to my bug report (if I was ever able to see a check). I want to know that my bug report has been read.
