Nex is extremely easy to get a team going. You only need a good tank (or DPS if you're a tanker) and that's it. Why do you think I do Nex every day as opposed to Vorago/RoTS?
It will be just as easy to get a rots/vorago team going when the requirement comes out. since everyone will want there capes back
