Eat more. If you haven't already, calculate your TDEE and start tracking how much you eat each day. There is nothing in your genes that make you lose/gain weight. It's all in what you eat.


I'm aware. I don't eat enough - when I do I feel bloated and stop eating.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with bluberries/some fruit, Greek yogurt, banana, coffee, cup of milk
Lunch: Fish, Greek Yogurt, oatmeal, milk, oj
Dinner: chicken, Potato/sweet potato, some random veggie that's green, some random addition, and cookies.

thats your problem, you're only eating 3 times a day, you should be eating 6 times a day in-taking at least 500 calories a meal, you gotta l2eat like a body builder.
