Still cannot gain weight. Tbh my genes should be spent on a girl, not wasted on me. I have makeup of a girl, but in a boy body. Dw the gym squats have nothin to do with it
Eat more. If you haven't already, calculate your TDEE and start tracking how much you eat each day. There is nothing in your genes that make you lose/gain weight. It's all in what you eat.
I'm aware. I don't eat enough - when I do I feel bloated and stop eating.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with bluberries/some fruit, Greek yogurt, banana, coffee, cup of milk
Lunch: Fish, Greek Yogurt, oatmeal, milk, oj
Dinner: chicken, Potato/sweet potato, some random veggie that's green, some random addition, and cookies.
