It's okay! Me and a friend made alt killers for Warbands so what we did was take it in turns tag Waterfiends on our alt and then using our main to kill it.

I've made several posts across the board seeking an answer and I've had responses saying it's part of the game mechanic and therefore is no flaw which doesn't really answer my question, but they cannot punish me in retrospect and like a Top Pager once told me, if something is too good to be true, abuse the fuck out of it before Jagex nerfs/removes it.
