What's the difference between Noxious Staff and Seismics? DPS/Accuracy wise?

Would it make a difference at Glacors at all? 181m Slayer XP and 37,963 Edimmu slain for my Dungeoneering pet. Slayer is still the worst skill in the game.

Staff is slightly more DPS, I dont think it makes much of a difference at all at glacors though. If you have seismic, I wouldn't bother spending 250m on the staff :P .

Staff is slightly more DPS, I dont think it makes much of a difference at all at glacors though. If you have seismic, I wouldn't bother spending 250m on the staff :P .
I have neither but am thinking of buying the staff. :P

(I could sell some stuff and get wand instead which is why I ask. I don't think it's worth selling stuff off for.)
