Nah, Chelsea won the champions league like 3 years ago and since then all english teams are knocked out before the quarter finals (E: oops Chelsea made it to semi finals in 13-14, where they lost)

Even in the Europa league (lower tiered european tournament than champions league; for winners of domestic cups, 5-6th spot in the national league, losing teams in the Champions league qualifiers or group stage + a few other means) Everton is the only English team remaining in the round of 16.
