I suggest not moving to Sky honestly. They are so bad and don't seem to have a clue what they're doing. They are known to have POOR customer service and that claim is proving true for me so far.

My router was replaced and the new one does exactly the same thing.
If the checks tomorrow are clear then it's either an exchange issue or the router's MAC address is not being authenticated properly.
Can I suggest sumthing as a test if u r hip with one of neighbours use your wifi connection with them if possible see if you have same response? as to tect ure pc with their BB

If you mean ask them to connect to my router wirelessly then no they will 100% fail to connect to the internet.
The internet light on the router is not lit at all. The DSL light on the OR modem however is solid green. The router connects to this modem so it should be picking up the signal unless it's being blocked by sky or something.

Ye I did that yesterday (before I received the new one) but the tool said the router must be in recovery mode which mine wasn't so I left it.
if it's an exchange/MAC address issue though, no tool is going to fix it. ;s
Sorry running out of ideas but contact apple support see what they say. sorry
