New router came and nope it did not fix the issue. I knew it l.

Now they are saying there is a fault on my line within my property but an engineer came the last time they claimed that was the problem and said there was nothing wrong?!?

Honestly Sky are so damn clueless when it comes to resolving problems. Engineer is coming again tomorrow so we will see who they blame this time.

Honestly I don't even know any more. Sky claim their tests show there is a fault on my line. They said the exact same thing last time, engineer came and confirmed everything is fine in my home and it MUST be the router that's faulty.

That arrived today and still no internet light on the hub. The modem is working fine and has a DSL light solid green but the hub(s) won't establish a connection. Another engineer is due to come tomorrow but I doubt he's going to find anything wrong.

Did a quiet line test and no noise/echos. There was noise when I called sky though and they could hear it also so god knows wtf is wrong l.

Sky blame Openreach and Openreach blame sky.

Aol connection ftw... only joking, but yeah Sky arn't known for being great with connections, their best feature (for attracting customers) is the whole Sky tv thrown in with it for a little extra cost, otherwise most wouldn't touch Sky.

Hopefully they actually link you up with people on the phone you can understand & who know what they're talking about, best of luck.
