Yes, unless there is someone else mining YOUR self entitled stone in which case you have to reclick 10 seconds earlier and flame everyone until they leave (which they won't as they find your anger humorous)

How hard is it to rightclick once per minute lol?

Also they are WORKERS of this area. If anything then Jagex should give them a emote where they mine those stones aswell
