Is RS ridiculously laggy for anyone else? Tried two worlds (124 and 82) so far and both seem to be suffering from latency issues.

Other sites are loading fast for me, so I don't think it's an internet problem :c

Not atm. Had the same thing happen to me the other day. RS would be laggy as hell, lots of packets lost and the rest of the internet would work fine.
Just wait it out and it'll get fixed by itself. There's nothing you can do.
