I'm fairly certain they didn't focus on inviting youtubers. Only two of the players that were there were video makers. The rest were a fansite owner, a wiki admin, and a front page player.

I don't think it's special treatment by the way, it's just a way to repay to them what they do for both the community and Jagex themselves. Hi
